RADAR

Using Arduino

A hands-on radar project that demonstrates object detection, servo motor rotation, 360-degree scanning and visual display.

Classes 9th to 10th
RADAR robotics project

RADAR

The RADAR project uses Arduino, an ultrasonic sensor and a servo motor to scan the surrounding area and detect objects.

Students can observe detected objects through a visual radar-style display while learning how sensors, motors and microcontrollers work together.

What the System Does

Object Detection

Detects objects using an ultrasonic sensor.

Servo Motor Rotation

Rotates the sensor to scan different directions.

360° Scanning

Demonstrates scanning across a wide field of view.

Visual Display

Presents detected information in a radar-style interface.

How It Works

01

Measure

The sensor measures the distance to objects.

02

Rotate

The servo motor changes the sensor direction.

03

Process

Arduino processes the sensor readings.

04

Display

The detected information is shown visually.
